Firstly: When given tha scenario. . Lets say the scenario of Mrs Fong. . When taking the clinical chart. . take the same identical Mrs Fong's clinical chart nt Ms Foo of other clients clinical chart!
Secondly: So. . Feeding the client using the tube may b abit slow with the flow of rate of lyke 1ml/sec. . thus when the examinar's not lookin. . increase tha height of tha syringe for faster flow
Thirdly: Dont take tha stetoscope and alchohol swabs if tha client is concious. . u dun need those!
Fourth: Wokay. . only a dummer lyke 'yous truly' can come across. . dun ever! ever! tell the examinar dat u use VINEGAR water to wash ur utensils after use! what actually happened was dat i didnt go for all tha tube feeding practicals so i was kinda alien to tis stuffs. . all the knowledge i gain was frm the teaching of my ever caring ghurlfwens. . tha 1st time i step into the exam rm i saw a vinegar water filled in a bottle on the tray, i was wonderin what is it 4. . so when tha examinar asked me bout erm. . 'so how do u wash tha utensils after use? mind u. . it's full of milk and all' i was lyke OMG wad huh? my ghurls nvr mention anitin bout washin utensils. . so the 1st thing dat struck my mind was tha vinegar water. then the examinar was lyke 'WHAT? u was ur plates with vinegar water?!' i was lyke 'NO! i was my plates with soap!' then she was lyke 'Yes! soap la!' soalan cepu mas die kasi slenge sak aku. . made a fool out of maself. .
Finally: Selawat lah. . sebut name 'zahidah' tiga kali seblum buat prac. . insyallah. . insyallah tk pass! nyahaha
